Overseas Orders. We are unable to provide an online shipping rate schedule for countries outside the US.  If you place an order online, without using Bongo, we will ship the order and charge your credit card for any additional, fair and reasonable charges,  after we contact our shippers (who use tracking numbers) to get a rate specific to your country and location.  If you wish to pre-approve your order with a known shipping rate, please email us at: orders@kitchengifts.com  with your selections and shipping address.  We will respond ASAP with a shipping charge for  your order via email.  Billing address MUST be the same as the credit card address and we will only ship to that address without other arrangements.

POLICIES

Orders are shipped via USPS. 
Kitchengifts.com. now back charges fees incurred
from our shippers for incorrect or incomplete address information.
Please check your orders carefully. Customers will be charged for any shipping charges
on packages returned to Kitchengifts.com as undeliverable.

When will your order arrive?

As soon as possible! We routinely ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. It is faster and
has special handling
.
The above service is NOT overnight or expedited.

At this time, MOST cutter only orders will ship
within 2 business days or as soon as possible.
Priority mail ususally takes 2 to 3 business days. If you
have a special need to have your order quickly, please call our toll free #.
We do offer expedited shipping, if needed, at competive rates. Please call our
toll free # (888/593-2436) to inquire about expedited service. Please call before 2:00 PM CST
to utilize this service. We will make every effot to accomodate your needs when you notify
us in time.

Please note that because all of our cutters are hand shaped the sizes may vary up to 1/4".


RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:  
Authorized exchanges within 30 days of  invoice date, 
unused resalable retail cutters only.   
No returns on custom designs or wholesale orders.
Sorry, no return or exchange of decorating supplies.

To exchange cutters: Call for RMA number (888/593-2436) within 30 days of invoice date. Only exchanges will be authorized for unused and resaleable cutters. The RMA number MUST be prominently displayed on the front of the package and be received by Kitchengifs.com. within oneweek of date of issue. The original invoice must be included in return. Please note exchange selection clearly on invoice.
KCI must be notified of any damaged merchandise within two weeks of invoice date. An RMA will be issued to expedite the processing of an insurance claim.
Packages without the RMA number prominently displayed will be refused or returned at the expense of the customer.

Sorry, all other merchandise, baking supplies, and custom designs are
not returnable for credits or exchanges. Wholesale orders cannot be
cancelled once payment is received.

No refunds on custom or
wholesale cancellations once production has begun.

Quantity order of stock designs or any design work on any custom cutters
cannot be modified without agreement once payment is received.

 

Third Party Shipping

If customers desire to use third party shipping sources they should notify us of their intentions to use their own shipper. The customer must contact their chosen shipper, make the arrangements for pickup, provide a completed airbill, and put it on their own account.  If we are billed by the third party we will run an administration charge against the customer’s credit card on file and add charge of $30.00.  In every case where we have compared our price to the “better” deal the customers think they are getting from their preferred shipper we are cheaper. 

We would prefer to use our normal vendor.  It is both easier for us and cheaper for the customer.  But when we must stop processing orders to research these third party billings it takes time away from servicing our current customers and cost KCI extra labor.  It is neither fair to us or any of our customers. So I hope you can appreciate our efforts to control our labor expenses, provide quality service and quality products in these difficult times


Address correction charges from our shipper due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer will be charged to the customer's credit card. This can include but isn't limited to the lack of a suite number, floor number, or incorrect zip code. The customer will be charged only if the mistake is theirs.
