Pizza Peeler -- Makes pizza easy and fun!
If your family loves pizza as much as mine, you'll want to add the Pizza Peeler to your
collection of pizza supplies. We were introduced to the pizza peeler when we visited
friends in Italy and couldn't wait to get one when we came home.

The Pizza Peeler is a 14" x 23" OR 20" X 32" pine paddle
that makes it easy to roll the pizza dough and then really easy to slide it onto the grill or into the oven keeping your hands away from the oven heat.

Lightly dust your pizza peeler with cornmeal and stretch or roll your dough.
(I know, on the cooking channels they
say don't roll it, but we've never
mastered throwing
pizza dough at our house)

To make it even simpler, put a sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough before you roll -- no need to add extra flour and the dough won't stick to the rolling pin. |
After the pizza is rolled and topped with your favorite toppings it's easy to slide it into the oven or, like we do, onto the grill.
