MARINATED BROCCOLI
1 bunch broccoli -- cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 T. dill
1 T. salt
1 T. Sugar
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. Accent seasoning (this is what "cooks" the broccoli)
Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings. Pour into a zip-lock bag. Add the
broccoli
pieces and seal the bag. Mix gently and
refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
This recipe will keep for a few days but once your family and friends taste
t it won't last long. Also, make sure you make copies of the recipe for
the
many people who will ask for it.
