SHARP KNIVES IN A FLASH!
I love sharp knives but mine were always dull. OK, once every few months I'd get Al to get the steel out and sharpen them -- I could never figure out how to use the thing. Anyway, once he'd sharpen them I'd end up cutting myself because I wasn't used to sharp knives. When we found this sharpener my life changed forever. I now have sharp knives, frequently. Just 4 or 5 swipes through the sharpening edge and an equal number through the honing edge. Wipe the blade and I'm good to go. Best of all, I can do it MYSELF!
