decorating classes because
it is easy and pretty
spectacular when it's
finished.

Mix enough icing in the desired colors. Make the base color in into an outline consistency and put some of it into a pastry bag fitted
with a #3 or #4 tip. The rest of the icing should be thinned to a run consistency and can go into squeeze bottles.

Outline your cookie with
the base color.

Add enough flow consistency
icing to fill the cookie. Use a
small brush to spread the icing.

Use your other colors to add
lines. Do this immediately, before
the base icing begins to dry.

Use a toothpick to drag
the colors together. Be sure
to wipe your toothpick
after each drag.
