   When we visited Italy last summer I was without my standard Mr. Coffee machine. The only convenient way to get my morning coffee was to learn how to use a little pot that looked exactly like this one. I soon learned that it was easy and made delicious espresso -- exactly like the cups I paid dearly for at the coffee shops. I had always thought you needed one of the those expensive electric cappuccino machines to make espresso -- silly me.
     Al bought one for me and I now I can enjoy espresso here at home. It's also a great treat for my dinner guests as well.
    The aluminum pot includes three pieces that are easy to take apart for cleaning -- really much easier than old Mr. Coffee.
    The Moka Express from Bialetti comes in 3-cup, 6-cup and 9-cup sizes. (My little 3-cup one makes 3 espresso size servings -- not big mugs of java.)
