Full payment will be required on all custom work at the time of the order and work on the design will not commence until full payment is received.
Full payment will constitute agreement to these terms as published here.
NO cancelations will be accepted once full payment has been accepted, work has commenced and material ordered or cut.
In the case of a unique design specifications will be based on the artwork presented by the client.
The provided design will be used to produce a cutter as accurately as possible; these cutters are handmade and legitimately have slight variations or deviations as is the nature of the beast. The finished product will be completed according to conversations and agreements by both parties.
Kitchen Collectables, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to complete the custom job and satisfy the agreement and customer. The satisfaction of the customer being our prime objective.
One party in this agreement needs to decide when the job has been completed, as well as possible. This responsibility should always rest with the craftsman and will remain our responsibility in this agreement.
If requested at the time of the order a representative prototype will be sent to the client.
Price quotes are good for two weeks from the date quote is provided to the client, due to fluctuations in prices of the copper, rivets, production capacity and other cost factors.
