Cookie Cutter Cupcakes!
Here's another great idea for using your copper cookie cutters.

Wrap a small piece of aluminum foil around the bottom of the cutter.
|

Try to get as tight a seal as you can.
|

Spray the inside of the cutter and foil with cooking oil spray. Set the cutters on a cookie sheet and carefully fill each halfway. |

I baked mine for about 20 minutes. I found it easiest to turn the cake over, remove the foil and gently run a small knife around the edges to release the cake. |
Just decorate as you would a cookie or cupcake!
To clean you cutters, it's easiest to let them soak in hot soapy water for a while,
the baked on dough will come right off.
