You'll find no packages of pre-grated cheese at our house. We love the taste and the savings of grating our own. My old box style grater hasn't always been the most convenient, however. When Al found this set of hand held graters I discovered I can now easily get the cheese directly into the bowl or pan I want it in. The non-skid edge is a great help when I'm grating hard cheese like Parmesan or Romano. The 4" handles are easy to grip and both graters fit easily into the dishwasher (a requirement at my house) I use the small grater when I grate fresh ginger. I really love these!
